Our rates are based on a very simple concept: the bigger the house, the longer a complete and thorough inspection will take. Our rates are posted below and are based on the size of the home being inspected.

1,500 SF and under ----	$250.00
1,501 SF to 2,000 SF --	$275.00
2,001 SF to 2,500 SF --	$300.00
2,501 SF to 3,000 SF --	$325.00
over 3,500 SF	$325.00 + $0.10 per foot
Homes older than 1970	add $50
Re-inspections	add $50
Outbuildings	add $50
Out of Area	add $50
Neightborhood Environmental Reports	$150

All inspections receive an on-site computer generated report. We even include digital photos showing areas of concern.
